The Content Cartel (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-powered social media content generation tool operated by EZ Marketing 365. Our service is accessible at thecontentcartel.xyz.

  • Account information — your name and email address, collected via Clerk when you sign up.
  • Brand profiles — business name, niche, target URL, tone, content pillars, and brand images you enter into the tool.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Usage data — when you last used the app and how often, used only for account management.
  • API keys — if you supply your own Anthropic or OpenAI keys, these are stored locally in your browser and never sent to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate AI content on your behalf using the information you provide.
  • To manage your subscription and enforce plan access limits.
  • To send invitation emails if an admin adds you to the platform.
  • To maintain the security and integrity of your account.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your brand information or generated content to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Clerk — authentication and user management.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation. Inputs are sent to Anthropic's API under their usage policies.
  • OpenAI — optional AI image generation (Boss plan). Inputs are sent to OpenAI's API under their usage policies.
  • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.

Each third party has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Data Retention

Your account and brand profile data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days. Stripe retains payment records as required by applicable financial regulations.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.
